At 180 Coaching, we understand that achieving your dreams and goals requires so much more than simply creating mission statements, to-do lists, and accountability plans. A goal achieved is a hollow victory if the effort leaves you spent, empty, and unfulfilled, so we help clients set goals in line with their values and ideals and then help them overcome the blinders, the self-limiting beliefs, assumptions, habits, and behaviors, and other blocks to success. This proven coaching process opens pathways for positive energy in alignment with core values to enable clients to experience a new level of energy, vision, optimism, well-being, resilience, sustainable achievement and engagement.

Service Offerings

At 180 Coaching, service offerings are typically customized for the client. During our complimentary Goal Clarification Call and Discovery Session the coaching goals and ideal outcomes are discussed and options are proposed. The client determines the timing, process, tools, and duration of coaching. The nature of coaching is that clients learn and acquire, through guided exploration and practice, the tools, skills, and strategies for self-coaching, so the duration of engagements are typically 6 to 12 months for individual coaching, with some clients opting to have a coach on retainer, as needed. Clients may choose between an existing program (see our Coaching and Leadership pages for examples of programs) or may want to customize a program that more appropriately meets their needs.

Below is a menu of coaching and training offerings, all of which can be customized to suit a clients needs. Rates for individual one-on-one coaching vary depending on the length of the engagement, tools used, and the type of delivery. Corporate Group and on-site coaching and training is priced based on a proposal crafted after a consultation with the sponsoring client or organization to discuss the group’s specific needs and delivery requests for services.
